SJM has been rooted in Macau since 1962, the only concessionaire whose history begins in the city itself. That heritage carries a responsibility we take seriously: to ensure that the growth of tourism and entertainment strengthens the community, the environment and the economy that sustain it.

Policies
Our policies translate the Group’s sustainability commitments into the standards that guide daily decisions — how we govern, how we conduct business, how we source and how we treat the people we work with. Each policy is approved by its owning function, reviewed periodically, and embedded in operations through training and monitoring. The library below is published in English and Chinese, and grows as further policies are approved.

Our Targets
Our targets translate the Group’s commitments into measurable outcomes. They are anchored in the Sustainability Master Plan 2030, which sets the Group’s sustainability direction and targets across the five CRAFT pillars, and are reviewed annually by the Board, with progress reported in our annual ESG Report. The targets below are presented with their current status; further targets under the Master Plan are published as they are finalised.
